Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

4 red potatoes
2 T light sour cream
2 T Brummel and Brown spread

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes

  1. Peel & slice potatoes.

  2. Boil potatoes until soft.

  3. Drain water.

  4. Add sour cream and B&B spread.

  5. Beat with hand mixer until all lumps are smooth.

  6. Serve Hot.
