Mashed potatoes with skins left on.

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

5 red potatoes
3 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp 2% milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes

  1. Quarter potatoes.

  2. Add to saucepan, cover with water.

  3. Bring to a boil.

  4. Boil 15 minutes.

  5. Drain.

  6. Mash. Add sour cream and butter.

  7. Add milk.

  8. Add seasonings.
