1 cup 2% milk
8 oz cream cheese
1 garlic, salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook potatoes until tender

  2. Mash

  3. Add milk

  4. After the milk is absorbed add cream cheese

  5. Stir until cheese melts

  6. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste
