How mashed potatoes are done at my house.

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

6 cups potatoes, cubed
1 cup soy milk
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes

  1. All values above are approximate.

  2. Peel, cut, and place potatoes in a large pot with just enough water to cover. Cook over medium heat until done.

  3. Drain potatoes and place them back onto pot. Mash adding milk, margarine, salt, and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve hot.
