Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

2 lb potatoes , peeled and cubed
3 tbs skim milk
1/4 cup becel light
1/4 cup light sour cream

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes

  1. Peel, cube and boil potatoes until they are soft

  2. Drain potatoes well

  3. Transfer them to a bowl, add the sour cream and margarine, beat

  4. Add milk and continue beating until creamy

  5. Use more or less milk, butter and sour cream as needed

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste

  7. Serve hot
