Whipped with milk and easy butter

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed potatoes

4 red potatoes
1 T butter
1 t salt
1/4 c milk

Recipe Directions for Mashed potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until they can be pierced with fork. Drain water.

  2. Place butter and milk in microwaveable cup and warm.

  3. Add to potatoes gradually as you whip with electric mixer. You may not need all of the milk, or you may need more.

  4. Salt to taste.
