Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes

10 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
3 tbsp Butter
3/4 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes

  1. Peel and boil potatoes until soft (approx. 25-30min)

  2. Mash potatoes into slightly smaller pieces and add butter and milk; mix and mash

  3. Top w/ chives
