20 grams Milk
2 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mashed potatoes and parsnips

Cut potatoes and parsnips into 1.5x1.5 cm cubes. Add water until the water covers them. Boil for 15 minutes or until they are soft (use a fork to test it). Heat milk in the meantime. Pour out the water from the pan and mix the potatoes and parsnips using a mixer. Add the heated milk, butter, salt and pepper and mix.
