Recipe Ingredients for Mashed potatoes with parsnips and carrots

7 russet potatoes
4 small carrots
4 parsnips
1 cup soy milk

Recipe Directions for Mashed potatoes with parsnips and carrots

  1. 1. Put quartered potatoes and carrots into pot of boiling water.

  2. 2. After about 10 minutes, add the parsnips.

  3. 3. When everything is tender, drain.

  4. 4. Add soy milk and mash until desired consistency.
