1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Oil Sunflower 100% Pure

  1. mash potatoes

  2. add 50ml boiled water

  3. add cumin and garlic

  4. stir firmly

  5. add parsley and mix

  6. add oil as topping (or mix it)

  7. optional (you may add some salt)
