These are low cal and low cholesterol potatoes. I don't know if this recipe will be able to be viewed. If it is, don't follow it because I have to work on the amounts.

1 lb. Red Potatoes
4 tablespoons Smart Balance
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes Low Calorie

  1. Mash Potatoes with garlic powder.

  2. Add skim milk and smart balance.

  3. Mash again.

  4. This is totally guessing right now. Will have to adjust when I make them again.
