Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes For Four

4 potatoes, medium
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Mashed Potatoes For Four

  1. Peel and cube potatoes. Place in large cooking pot and rinse with cold water to remove dirt, etc.

  2. Fill pot with cold water to 1-2 inches above potatoes. Boil until potatoes are fork-tender.

  3. With potato masher or hand mixer, mash potatoes until most lumps are gone. Add milk and butter, and salt if desired, and continue mashing until desired consistency.
