16 oz Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
0.33 cup Lactose Free, Lowfat 1%, Ultra-Pasteurized
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Mashed potatoes (2 cups)

Cook potatoes until tender. Mash. Mix in butter. Warm milk and whisk it in gradually. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
