0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 tbsp Butter

  1. boil potato over high heat until soft and slides off a fork

  2. mash into a bowl and add milk and butter, salt, and garlic powder

  3. quickly mix with hand mixer so its fluffy

  4. spoon on top of any soup or stew
