rolls with potato, whole wheat, oat and bread flour

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed potato rolls

1 tbsp yeast
1/2 c water, warm
1 c milk, warm
1/2 c butter, melted
2 c potatoes, plain mashed
1/4 c honey
2 tsp salt
2 c oatmeal, ground to flour
4 1/2 c bread flour

Recipe Directions for Mashed potato rolls

  1. Mix yeast with warm water.

  2. Add warm milk to this mixture with the honey.

  3. After it proofs, stir in potatoes, eggs, and salt.

  4. Stir in oat flour and most of the wheat flour.

  5. Let rise in mixing bowl.

  6. Stir down and add remainding flour to make a soft dough.

  7. Divide in 3 parts, roll out in circles. Cut in 12 wedges each. Roll up to crescent shapes.

  8. Bake 375 F for 15 minutes.
