Cauliflower mashed with carrots and potato

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed potato as minority

7 cups cauliflower
2 cups carrots
1 cup potatos
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup lowfat milk

Recipe Directions for Mashed potato as minority

  1. Boil carrots for 10 minutes

  2. Add potato and boil for another 10 minutes

  3. Add cauliflower and boil for 20 minutes

  4. Mash all together with 1 tbsp canola oil (or 2 tbsp butter for better taste) and 0.5 cup of milk (lowfat or any type).

  5. Pepper and salt to taste, spice with nutmeg
