Recipe Ingredients for Mashed potato lite

250 grams russet potatoes, cubed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp skim milk
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Mashed potato lite

  1. Bring chopped pototoes over medium-high heat to boil for 15-20 min, drain.

  2. Mash the potatoes in a large bowl.

  3. Add salt, pepper and garlic.

  4. Add in olive oil, stir well.

  5. Add skim milk, tbsp by tbsp, stir well.

  6. Mix in oregano and basil.

  7. Serve.
