Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Parsnips & Carrots

3 sliced raw Parsnip
1.5 medium raw Carrots
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 tsp Celery Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Seasoning Blends Salad Sprinkle
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 serving European Style Sweet Butter (Straus Family Creamery)

Recipe Directions for Mashed Parsnips & Carrots

cut parsnips and carrots into half inch pieces, put in medium sized pot, add water (until it covers tops of vegetables), add seasonings, bring to a boil, simmer 2 hours (or until soft and mashable), drain excess water, mash, add pat of butter. voila!
