1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
2 wedge Light Garlic
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1.058 oz Fat Free Half and Half

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

  1. cut cauliflower head into florets

  2. boil 10-12 minutes, until softened

  3. drain and pat dry

  4. add butter and cheese, mash

  5. stir in half & half and serve
