Mashed, creamy cauliflower good with fat free gravy. Salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauliflower

2 cup cauliflower
4 tbsp cream cheese

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

Steam cook the cauliflower until very tender. Put in a bowl and add 4 tbsp cream cheese (regular or chive onion are great). Salt and pepper to taste. Mash until desired consistancy. Divide into 2 bowls and eat cold or warm. For extra flavor, add fat free gravy. (Heinz).
