Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauliflower

32 oz Cauliflower
1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
4 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
4 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
2 clove Garlic
0.125 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

  1. Cook garlic and potato for 5 minutes.

  2. Add cauliflower and cook an additional 15 minutes.

  3. Drain.

  4. Add sour cream, parmesan cheese, milk, and salt and pepper to taste..
