1 head cauliflower
1 tbl becel
1/4 cup 2% milk
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

  1. cut cauliflower into flowerettes

  2. add 2 cloves of garlic

  3. steam for approximately 20 min

  4. add becel and milk

  5. used blender or hand held to puree mixture
