Notes: Actual recipe calls for 1/4 cup of whipping cream instead of milk. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese should only be 1/4 cup p. cheese. And no garlic is in original recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauliflower

2 pounds cauliflower
1/4 cup 2% milk
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

Boil or steam cauliflower until tender. Drain and press to remove excess water. Toss and continue pressing until all excess water is removed. Using either a food processor or mashing utensil mash cauliflower and cream cheese until smooth. Return to pot. When ready to serve return to heat and add rest of ingredients. Stir until incorporated. Season to taste.
