1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup soymilk
1 tbs 2% sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic salt (or to taste)

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

Steam one head of cauliflower, when soft put in blender or food processor with other ingrediants blended until it looks like mashed potatoes. Yummy
