Great alternative to mashed potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauliflower

800 grams cauliflower
4 cloves garlic
2 slices onion
2/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 spray pam
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 pepper

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

Chop cauliflower and boil in salted water until soft. Meanwhile sautee garlic and onions. Put all ingredients together in a food processor and serve warm!
