Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauliflower

365 grams cauliflower
2 laughing cow cheese wedges
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

Steam cauliflower until tender. Place in a food processor with cheese wedges, garlic and skim milk. Process 2-3 minutes until smooth. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a small baking dish and top with parmesan. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, watch closely.
