Like mashed potatoes but more flavorful!

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauliflower

3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
4 cups Cauliflower( white or gold is fine)
2 pinches Dill Weed
2 pinches Garlic Powder or Onion Powder, or both
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 cup Water or to desired consistency
1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistency. This recipe has the consistency of mashed potatoes, but has a lot more flavor. Place around with the amounts of herbs or add some other kinds for a different taste every time.
