Recipe Ingredients for mashed cauliflower

2 head cauliflower
1/8 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for mashed cauliflower

  1. Steam cauliflower in steamer until they are tender enough to use a masher.

  2. After lightly mashing the cauliflower place in food processor and combine rest of ingredients to taste.
