1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
0.5 small Onions
1 serving Garlic Cloves
1 container Original 6 oz
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light Soft
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

mince onion and garlic finely in food processor. add steamed cauliflower and remaining ingredients and process until thick and smooth.
