Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauliflower

5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
2 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar
0.75 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Fat Free
1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.25 cup Parsley
2 serving Garlic Salt
2 tsp Onion Powder
5 container, individual (.5 fl oz) Cream, Fluid, Half And Half

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

  1. steam cauliflower and potato.

  2. Put butter, parsley, cream in bottom of a bowl.

  3. Slowly add the cauliflower and potato and mash until desired consistency.

  4. Top with 1 T of shredded cheese.
