Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauliflower

5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
2 tbsp Butter
2.5 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
6 oz Plain Nonfat

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower

  1. Boil Cauliflower til tender & drain.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and combine using food processor or mixer until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Season to taste.
