Recipe Ingredients for mashed cauliflower & potatoes

2 cups Cauliflower
5 red potatoes
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for mashed cauliflower & potatoes

  1. Steam Cauliflower and boil whole potatoes with skins on until tender

  2. mash cauliflower and set aside

  3. mash potatoes with 1/2 cup of milk

  4. combine Cauliflower to mixture

  5. add Parsley, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese & other spices to taste

  6. enjoy
