A great substitute for garlic mashed potatoes. Each serving is 150 grams (5.29 ounces) or 2/3 cup for 116 calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauliflower and Garlic

4 cups cauliflower florets
1/4 cup best foods mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauliflower and Garlic

  1. Break the cauliflower head into florets

  2. Peel 4 cloves of garlic

  3. Put into microwave-safe cooking dish

  4. Cook on high for 8 minutes

  5. While cauliflower and garlic is cooking, make the sauce

  6. Put 1/4 cup mayonnaise into a mixing bowl

  7. Add 1/2 cup fat free sour cream to the mixing bowl

  8. Combine and season with sea salt and white pepper

  9. When the cauliflower and garlic is finished cooking, drain off the water

  10. With a potato masher, mash the cooked florets and the garlic

  11. Stir the sauce into the cauliflower and garlic

  12. Serve hot
