Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Cauli-taters

13 ounce potato, peeled, cubed
3 cups cauliflower florets
3 tbsp fat free ranch
1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Mashed Cauli-taters

  1. Bring large pot of water to boil. Peel & cube potatos, then add along with cauliflower florets to water.

  2. Wait for water to boil again, then reduce heat to medium. Cook 15-20 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat, drain. Transfer to a large bowl, then add remaining ingredients. Makes 5 servings.
