Butternut Squash 'mashed' with butter and brown sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Butternut Squash

1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
0.25 tbsp Salted Butter
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Mashed Butternut Squash

Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Place in baking pan with 1" of water. Bake at 350 degrees for around 40 minutes, until squash is soft. Scoop squash out of rind and place in mixing bowl. Add butter and brown sugar. Beat with mixer until smooth. Serve warm. Freezes very well in freezer bag.
