Recipe Ingredients for Mashed Autumn Vegetables

1 (510 g) sweet potato
1 (333 g) turnips

Recipe Directions for Mashed Autumn Vegetables

Peel & chop yams & turnips into 1 inch pieces. Cover with cold water and boil. Simmer 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain and return to pot. Mix with electric mixer until smooth. Add cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to taste. Can serve with maple syrup.
