Recipe Ingredients for Mash Potatoes

20 oz. potatoes,russet, peeled, boiled
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk, 1%

Recipe Directions for Mash Potatoes

Peel potatoes, slice in 1/4" slices, place in cold water. Bring to boil and test after 10 minutes to see if tender. When tender, pour potatoes into colander. Place potatoes into bowl, rice, and then use electric hand mixer to fluff by adding 1/4 cup of milk. If you want margarine in the potatoes you will need to add that ingredient separately for calories.
