MASH - Low Carb Low calorie & suitable for Diebetics Cauliflower & potatoe

Recipe Ingredients for MASH - Low Carb Low calorie Diebetic Cauliflower & potatoe

300 g Cauliflower
150 g Swede or Turnip
150 g Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
2 tbsp Chives Freeze dried
2 tbsp Olive oil
100 g Skimmed Milk

Recipe Directions for MASH - Low Carb Low calorie Diebetic Cauliflower & potatoe

  1. Chop all veg & potatoes leaving the skin on & boil till soft - the cauliflower needs to be over cooked & soft. Season to taste with Salt & Pepper

  2. Drain the water from the veg.

  3. Add 1 tbsp Chives & 1 tbsp Olive oil to the Veg

  4. Mash the veg together. Add the milk a little at a time to the mixture dont make it too runny dont use all milk if not required. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
