Recipe Ingredients for Mascarpone Tiramisu

20 ladyfinger Cookies, Ladyfingers
224 grams Mascarpone Italian Cheese
0.25 cup Confectioners Sugar
340 7/10 grams Whipped Topping Fat Free
226 4/5 grams Coffee
1 oz Kahlua
4 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
10 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Mascarpone Tiramisu

  1. Combine the cheese, sugar, vanilla, and kahlua together until smooth and well blended.

  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip.

  3. Break the ladyfingers in half and lay each one at the bottom of 10 separate decorative plastic cups.

  4. Pour coffee over each cup and make sure the ladyfingers are well soaked but not soggy.

  5. Lay a thin layer of the cream mixture in each cup and dust off with a little cocoa powder.

  6. repeat the same for the second layer.

  7. Top off each cup with a strawberry in the center.

  8. Enjoy!
