Recipe Ingredients for Masala Peanuts

6 oz peanuts
1 tbsp besan
1 salt to taste
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp water
1 1/2 oz oil

Recipe Directions for Masala Peanuts

  1. Mix all ingredients, except oil, thoroughly.

  2. heat oil.

  3. drop the besan covered peanuts into the oil a few at a time. deep fry till the besan covering turns golden brown.
