Recipe Ingredients for Masala Chicken

70 ounces chicken
10 medium tomatos
5 medium onions
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
4 ounces cilantro
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
70 ounces potato
30 ounces water

Recipe Directions for Masala Chicken

Saute dicced onion with ginger garlic paste. Add chicken and salt. Add the dry ingredients. Add the tomato and fresh corriander puree and cook until the chicken is done. Add boiled potato
