Recipe Ingredients for Masala Chai

2 c Water
1 c Milk
6 T Sugar
3 tsp Tea
1/8 Black pepper
1/8 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp. cardamom
2 T Ginger
1/2 tsp fennel seed

Recipe Directions for Masala Chai

  1. combine ingredients except milk & tea

  2. bring to boil

  3. simmer 5-mins

  4. add milk and tea

  5. bring to boil again

  6. strain and serve
