1 lb chicken liver
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Ma's Chopped Liver

  1. rinse liver

  2. boil liver and eggs until cooked

  3. let liver eggs cool

  4. finely chop liver and eggs

  5. mix together with remaining ingredients

  6. refrigerate.

  7. Keep in fridge for a week in half
