Almondy and sweet, but full of protein and fiber! Goes great with Greek yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Marzipan Protein Granola

4 cups oats
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 oz sliced almonds
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp orange extract
3 tbsp olive oil
3 scoops 100% Natural Whey Gold Standard

Recipe Directions for Marzipan Protein Granola

  1. Combine maple syrup, whey powder, extracts, and 2 tbsp oil. Add some water or milk to make the consistency smooth.

  2. Add in everything else, except for 1 tbsp oil (for greasing the pan)

  3. Bake at 350, stirring frequently until starting to get crunchy
