Everybody loves this! The first five ingredients make up the salad and the second five make up the Vinaigrette Dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Mary's Wild Rice Salad

2 cups white rice, cooked and cooled
1 cup wild rice, cooked and cooled
10 ounces frozen peas, cooked and cooled
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
5 scallions, trimmed and finely chopped
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped or broken
7 oz black olives, sliced and drained
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Mary's Wild Rice Salad

Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate to mellow.
