a nice meal,but high in ww points because need 2 pieces for a nice meal 5 ww points each piece maybe cook in less oil

Recipe Ingredients for mary's vegetable quiche

6 eggs
3 oz mozarella cheese
1 cup half and half cream
2 onions
1 stalk celery
4 green onions
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup baby spinach
3 tablespoons oil

Recipe Directions for mary's vegetable quiche

  1. beat eggs together then add cream and 2 oz cheese

  2. in meantime stir fry vegetables in 1 1/2

  3. tablespoons canola oil

  4. then clean out pan

  5. add another 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil

  6. add egg mixture

  7. then veg mixture on low heat

  8. then layer baby spinach on top

  9. then 1 oz grated cheese

  10. then bake in oven 350 for 30 mins
