Recipe Ingredients for Mary's veg soup

1 cup diced potatoes
1/2 cup onion
2 cups leeks
1 cup carrots
1 cup sweet potatoes
1 cup green beans
19 oz canned tomatoes
1 1/2 cups parsnips
3/4 cup celery
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for Mary's veg soup

Chop and dice everything; put in pot with 8 cups water; add seasoning - 3 tsp veg. bouillon powder; 1 tsp each fish sauce, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, basil and parsley. Simmer 2 hours; about 100 cal for 2 cups
