My version - lower calorie lasagna Ragu= 3.75 c amy's+3.6g salt Amy's=3 cups, no salt(3 cup Amy's LS Marinara Sauce [119987])

Recipe Ingredients for Mary's Spinach Mushroom Lasagna

1 lb whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 lb spinach
1 lb mushrooms
1 large onion
6 servings (3 cups) Walnut Acres Low Sodium tomato & basil sauce
8 cloves garlic
15 oz fat free ricotta cheese
1/3 cup parmesan
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz mozarella

Recipe Directions for Mary's Spinach Mushroom Lasagna

  1. Boil 9 noodles for 8 minutes. Rinse with cold water and lay on baking sheet so that they do not stick

  2. Sautee Onion with garlic, add in mushrooms (sliced), lastly add spinach

  3. Preheat oven to 375

  4. In 13x9 glass dish layer the following: 1/4 Pasta sauce, 3 noodles, 1/2 ricotta, half the spinach/mushrooms, 1/3 parmesan, 1/4 sauce, 1/3 mozarella; 3 more noodles, rest of the ricotta, rest of the spinach/mushroom, 1/3 parmesan, 1/3 mozarella, 1/4 sauce, last 3 noodles, last of the sauce

  5. Cook for 50 minutes.

  6. Cut into 10 rectangles. Put in individual glass dishes. Sprinkle on the rest of the parmesan and mozarella

  7. To reheat: microwave for 3 minutes.
