Recipe Ingredients for Mary's Pork Chops

32 ounce pork chops
12 ounces red bell peppers
1/4 cup flour
1 cup rice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Mary's Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 425. Roll pork chops in flour and fry in olive oil until brown on both sides. Add salt and pepper. Transfer pork chops to baking dish. Top with Roasted bell peppers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake on 425 for 25 minutes. serve over rice.
