Recipe Ingredients for mary's o point cookies for one cookie

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons egg white
1/4 cup grape juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/3 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for mary's o point cookies for one cookie

  1. in large bowl mix the butter,sugar,applesauce,vanilla,egg,egg white and juice,can use any kind of juice. but apple concentrate

  2. frozen juice thawed preferred but I did not have

  3. also I forgot to calcuate the applesauce in the analysis Recipe called for 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  4. Mix all the dry ingredients together

  5. add wet to dry

  6. drop by heaping rounded tsp on cookie sheet

  7. bake 350 degrees for approx 8-10 mins
